As an homeowner, we really appreciate their expertise, fairness, patience, understanding, and calm demeanor working with our community, Cottonwood Trails. Their hard-working representatives and management are at a higher standard than other management companies. HOAMCO has very minimal interaction with “lower level” employees. In my 2 years I only saw or spoke to Hoamco staff a handful of times. Management / leadership are extremely toxic and do not treat their employees fairly.
